Open Question: Pet Friendly 4 Bedroom Apartments in Eugene, OR?

My friends and I are looking for a 4 bedroom apartment in Eugene Oregon that allows cats and possibly other pets. Personally, I'm hoping to find something in student based community with a pool, exercise room, etc. The closest we've come is a 3 bedroom/one garage apartment, but I'm not exactly sure one of us is all too keen about sleeping in the garage, haha.
